General Conditions

At Trulvl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Items must be unused and undamaged.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trulvl.com with your order details (full name, contact #, and order number). Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges

Currently, we only offer returns. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

As we print some of our products on demand, we do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within 7 days or delivery by contacting us at support@trulvl.com with your order number and the name and email used to place the order. We are happy to fix any mistakes made on Trulvl’s behalf!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can always contact us with any questions at support@trulvl.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
